Android 5.1 Google play services

Hi
i can no longer access google play services on my unit.

Play store seems to have dissappeared and i cannot see any way of accessing it.

Anyone else have this issue or found a solution.

What's your product SKU ??
Or you can contact customer service via message.
By flashing a firmware,this problem can be solved.
