Hi, maybe the firmware on your unit is the latest one. Could you mind showing me the picture of the about system page?
And could you tell me what is going on with the unit? Many issues can be solved without flashing the unit.

i buy it last week, its not installt now
but i always update all my electronics after buying, cause most time the software is old.

but there are a few questions left :p

1. are there any firmeware updates? see my version screenshots below.

2. if i buy a G3 adapter, does the ND0295B works as a wifi hotspot even when it is turn off?

3. i have a Torque ELM 327 Bluetooth V2.1 OBD2 Adapter

it works perfektly with bluetooth and my samsung S9 (with Torque app)
the ND0295B didnt find it as an bluetooth device. its not in the selection table :/
what can i do?

4. how many devices can i connect at the same time to ND0295B?
for exampel my phone, the OBD2 adapter and the phone of my wife?

1,yours is the latest one.
2,what is g3 adapter? Could you mind show me a link of it?
3,that obd might have a imcompatibility issue with our unit. I suggest you consider our y0004.
4,the unit supports connect one phone device and obd device at the same time.

i fixed the problem with the OBD with reassemble the OBD

I would also like to mention that I am surprised how well your forum and the support works.
As a German, meanwhile I prefer to buy at asians rather than "made in germany" because reaction, congeniality and support are simply better.

Hi, i understand now. But the unit doesn't support works as hot spot when you insert y0014.

with android 7 there was splitscreen possibel.
i cant finde it now with 8.1
hope u can explain how i can use it, or even better:
app in app.
for exampel main is navigation and in upper corner i can see smal dashcam video.

Yes, Android 8.1 do not have this function anymore.

Nobody needs a 10 inch display if you can not put several applications on it.
