Keys are not working on the recovery menu

Hello,

ich own an RQ0269E from Amazon.

I would like to make a factory reset, but i can't select any menu entry in the recovery menu

Hi,
For the unit RQ0269 factory reset, if you have a small issue, you can choose to press the RST hole to do a rest or enter the Settings--backup and reset to a factory data reset.

Hi Thomas,
i think i know what you mean: In the setup menu is written "press volume up/down to select....."
This does'nt work on my unit either.
To move the highlightet option, i have to press shortly the reset button. To activate the highlightet option, i have to push the reset button a few secods.
