On and off volume button

Hi I bought a pumpkin LM-W0409 but I noticed the on and off .volume button doesn't work..at all.. it comes on when I put the keys in..I use the volume on steering wheel control is it something to do with the wiring at back..

Hi,

Did you mean the SWC function doesn't work?
Or the volume button doesn't work?

The volume that you turn and the same one you push on and off ain't working

Does the steering wheel control box stop the on and off and volume button from working at all
