Need firmware update

So I'm having trouble with my head unit and need to update it. I uploaded a pic of the settings menu to show what head unit it is.

Hi, did you know the screen resolution ratio of the unit? We need to confirm this to give you correct firmware. And what is wrong with your unit?

Hi Jammy, when I use screen checker it says. 480 heights , 800 width.
I can't download any apps or do updates because my device is outdated. I can't even save apps to my sd card for some reason.

What's your product SKU?

Its in the build number option in settings right? RK3188, if not I will try to figure out if it's written somewhere.

Same software though you can use any mcu version that is kld and any software that is mtcb or mtcc you would be better Google searching

Bare in mind screen resolution .Just make sure you keeps roms to mtcb/mtcc .. and mcu's to kld .. it doesn't matter what version
