i have a double din 6.95' pumpkin stereo but the cd/dvd says no source so does the usb is there anyway i can get a firmware update to get this working please??

i have only just got it i took screws out but it says no device?

From our company product quality requirement, the unit would be only sent out after it's tested with no problem, including the CD/DVD function.
Could you please use other CD/DVD to play?
If possible, would you mind take a video, upload it to youtube, then send the link to us?

theres no need for a video i put cd dvd in loads of them all the same just says no device can you just help and stop fobbing me off please!
