DVD disc stuck inside the unit

I have bought the following item:

with SKU: AS0371B

A DVD disc was stuck inside the unit, cannot be played and cannot be ejected
when i press the eject button i have no response.
also when i press the Disc button also no responding.

need your help please.

Hi Jammy,

Actually I have released the stuck disc manually by disassembling the UNIT with Screwdriver.
but the UNIT still doesn't read DVDs neither CDs, no responding at all.
I wonder why, need your help please.
Is it software issue or i should replace the DVD reader unit.
Also you can find attached picture the model Number of my DVD player.
I wonder if i can get the latest software update!!!??
Is SKU (AS0371B-01B) differing of (AS0371B)??
