Rejecting call waiting callers

Hello,

I have purchased the 7" OCTA CORE Android 8.0 Car GPS Stereo RAM 4GB Headunit DAB+ OBD2 Touch screen head unit.

I have noticed when I am connected to Bluetooth and I am on a call, if another call comes through, I hear a "beep" and the call is automatically rejected.

I have been told this unit does not support this? Is there an update that fixes this issue? Or is there a way to work around this so I can switch to the waiting caller without the caller being rejected?

Sorry for the issue you post.
We can't solve this trouble now..
While you on call,other phone call can't connect neither or you can switch.

Hoping to see if this issue is able to be fixed. I have just completed a firmware upgrade but no luck.
