boots up twice

installed the double din android lollipop system everything seems to be ok except it boots up twice. it starts up nice as how it supposed to be and with in 2 or 3 seconds, it goes back to complete restart mode and takes almost 30 seconds to load up again.

any idea?

Hi, could you please tell us if you used the OBD2 bluetooth adapter?
It maybe the system software bug, we got a new update firmware from the factory, here is the link for your unit RQ0264.

Please download through your browser,copy all files to an empty sd card with FAT32 format, insert the sd card to GPS slot.
Then turn on the radio, please enter the setting—about device, and click the system updates and the unit will automatically detect and popup the update window. Hope some help.

I can confirm that new firmware fixes the "boots up twice" issue for the 11-RQ0367-US-A-KN-Y0012 unit when the OBD2 is paired with it.
