Some questions about PX5

I have some questions,
1. I have a mercedes slk r171, i need an external adaptor for wheel controls? ive seen a canbus menu in factory menu but i didnt connect canbus cable cause i dont want to break anything, i want to ask you first
2. The radio app, dont find any radio frecuency, if i put the frecuency manually, it sounds but with a poor signal. the problem is my car?, i need a radio amplifier?
3. when i put the rear gear, the rear camera works good but the music stops, is there any tip for the music dont stop?

You need to buy an extra adapter. For better confirmation, please provide the original vehicle central console photo, If you can, please remove the original vehicle radio player, disconnect the wire harness on it, and take photos on the plug’s photo to send to us.
