he finds the OBD but he can not pair and in Torque he is not listed, but no matter the radio has sold me another order

yes ym can not pair ,

So after the old radio annoyed me with the Bluetooth I bought the new with Android 9 and 10 inch monitor, and there is the same problem he knows the OBD connector but can not Pair
