Firmware update

I would like the firmware update for my PX5 head unit. I have had intermittent issues with certain apps closing for no reason. I have tried reinstalling the apps and even factory resetting the head unit with no luck. I have attached screenshots of the head unit information and my order number from Amazon.

Hi,
For better confirmation, please tell me what apps are closing for no reason. There is an SKU label on the back of the radio or on the package box.

Unfortunately, the way I have the unit installed it would be extremely difficult to remove and I've had the unit for a long time so I don't have the box anymore. Do you really need the SKU number to get the right firmware even with the screenshots with the head unit info?

Here are the issues I have been having...

YouTube: randomly just quits with no error report or anything. Videos will only display full screen (I can no longer scroll through comments or read video info).

Bluetooth app: Freezes often and nothing works. Audio will cut out sometimes.

Backup camera: sometimes after switching out of reverse the camera image will be frozen on the screen.

I have tried to factory reset the unit with no success.

Please do not unzip the file after downloading it. Put it into the root directory of the SD card. Then insert it into the GPS slot. Click Settings-System-System Upgrade.
