W0237 switching on without ignition on

I want to turn on my Pumpkin W0237 -win CE6- after switching off the ignition. Is that possible within the software in the menu? If so, where will I find it? I have contacted the customer service in Hamburg but they don't understand the problem.

I use a car "Citroen Jumper" built in 2009. I think, there is no ACC in the ignition switch, the tension on red and yellow line is about 12V when the ignition is on, when it is off there is 12V on the yellow wire only.

Can you connect the red cable to the 12V of the ignition? Or you also can buy an Canbus adapter to solve the problem. Cheers

He wants to switch ON without ignition.
@PumpkinKarl:
For this, you would need a seperate switch somewhere in your car, which switches power to the red cable. May be just switching a time relay to provide the power to the unit for something like 20 min, as it is on OEM units.
Attention: If you forget to switch it off, the battery would be drained.
