Stuck on Logo screen

Hello,

A few months ago i bought a pumpkin unit from amazon (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01AXMEAWS/ ... _at_prodpg).
The order num was: #026-1499378-4313963.
The announcement says the model is 22-RD0258, wich is a caska ca712-xl7 unit.

Now the unit is stucked in the logo screen, and i don't know what to do .

I've done some research, and i know the solution is to install the firmware from the recovery menu. The problem is that i can't get in to the recovery menu of this unit, i tried many ways pressing the power button along with the reset button or other buttons, but the recovery menu is not showing.

I believe that maybe in this unit the steps to get in the recovery menu could be different from must.
Can you tell me the exact steps to get into the recovery menu on this unit?
If i'm not able to get in to the recovery, what else can i do to try to recover the unit?

Any help will be apreciated .

Sorry for the trouble caused.
After contacting with the factory, they provided us the update file which can solve the problem.

Please download this file through your browser, extract the rar. file, copy it to SD card, insert the SD card into the SD card slot.
Then the unit will automatically pop up the update dialog and it will finish the update process.

Hello,

I did what you told, but the result is the same . The unit is stucked in the boot logo, there is no update dialog.
I tried a normal start and algo some key combinations to try to get to recovery menu, but nothing happens either way.

Am i missing something?
Do i need to do anything so that the unit will boot from the sd card?
How can i get to recovery menu in this unit?

Sorry for the inconvenience brought to you.
I might miss the other update link for you, here is the other file like.

Please also download this file just like the previous file provide for you.
Then copy the "MCUUPDATE" and "update" into the root inventory of the SD card, then the unit will pop up the below image, choose the "Android McuUpdateA". Then the unit will automatically enter the recovery mode twice and reboot. Please don't operation anything during this process.
And after finish the update, you can enter the system information to check if the version has been updated.

The last solution you have provided doesn't work either, the result is the same~ .
I've placed the last file you've send me along with the previous files (see attachment), but there isn't any update popup, just the damn boot logo .

Looks like the unit isn't running anything that is in the sd card.

Does this unit even have a recovery menu?!
Is there anything else we can do?!

In some of the units, hit the RESET button in the hole, wait for the first boot logo (before the user-selectable one in your picture), and press power button 3 times ... do this deliberately, about a full second each press. If you do it too fast it won't work. Doing it before the first boot logo or after the second one shows, then it won't work. It will take some practice.

The newer units, hit the reset button, then hold reset and power, wait for a soft tone, release reset, then release power. Wait one second, hit power to turn on unit. First boot logo will display and recovery will boot.
