I need to update the firmware for my head unit

Hello, I've been having a lot of problems with this unit with from freezing to rebooting ever since I had this unit. But as of recent the head unit would freeze at boot and was not able to boot up completely to use the functions of the radio. After many attempts to reset to factory from the boot menu. (10+ more tries). it finally worked and was able to boot into android. But now the wifi does not work. Every time I try to turn on wifi it would try for a minute and turn off again. I would not be able to see the scanning for network screen it would just turn back off. Also the navigation software is missing. So I'm asking if its possible to upgrade to a newer android to 1 fix the problems 2 stop the occasional reboots that might have been the cause of this problem?

There is an SKU label on the back of the radio or on the package box.
Could you check it? After knowing the SKU, we can tell you the resolution.

Sorry, we do not have this firmware now.
And we generally do not recomend update firmware, because it has a lot of risk.

So what your telling me is that the head Unit is pretty much trash now? If so that really bad news for me cause I bought two of these from you guys and has recommended it to few other friends. So is there a way I can backup the OS from the good unit and install it in the unit that isn't working? If not then I know never to buy from your company ever again.
