Radio stations loosing memory ND0294B

Hi, Each time ignition is switched off and unit powered down radio looses all station memories and have to re-tune every time. Seems to remember everything else though. Hope you can help ?
I have attached screen shots of version numbers.

Hi, what is your car model? You can follow:
1.turn off the AF funtion in the radio page.
2.did the unit fast boot when second boot?

I have had the same issue. Also with newest firmware. Same unit.

It also wipes the equaliser settings.

There is an SKU label on the back of the radio or on the package box. You can check on here.

And you can also follow the steps:
