3g connect

hi
I have 3g dongle I want to connect to my 7" pumpkin car system
but I don't see it in the menu , can u pls help me ?

Hi,
Could you please tell us if you bought the 3G dongle from us?
And your order number or user ID are very important for us to provide you best solution.
Normally our unit can only support the 3G WCDMA network type sim card, please check it.
