EQ / Fader Question

So, I have a 11-RQ0367-US-A-KN-Y0012 unit. Any ideas why the EQ and Fader only seem work for the default Radio app, and don't seem to work for any apps I install (PowerAmp, MortPlayer, etc.)?

Hi,
Regarding your issue,I tested the same kind unit, and the result shown that the EQ and Fader could work with Mortplayer.
Please restore the factory data reset and install the third party app to check.

So, I tested this a bit more, and it seems to work most of the time, but not always. But, I cannot find a pattern as to why. For example, it worked perfectly this morning, but not when I tested it several days ago. If I can come up with a way to consistently repeat it, I will update this post. Until then, please disregard.
