3g usb ports power on

Hey,

I have an android 5.1 car stereo.from the back of the unit comes 2 3g usb port cables. The problem is when i turn off the unit, there is still power in those ports. Is there any way to make the ports turn on/off with the unit,

The picture is right.
When you turn off the unit, are you press the power button to turn off or turn off the car ignition key.
If you press the power button, the unit enters standby mode, the USB ports still have power.

I got it fixed. It turned out in the extra car settings, there was a option for delay, when the power is off. Mine was set to 1 hour
