Wifi/hotspot not connecting

I have this weird problem with my Pumpkin Octacore with Android 7.1.

When trying to connect my iPhone using personal hotspot, the unit tries to connect.
It tells me there is a connection for a few seconds, but then it disconnects.
The hotspot is visible, but it can't connect afterwards.
After I reset the unit, it works again.

Is there a firmware update for this unit?
Or can I upgrade to a newer version of Android?

If you car stereo does not have any issue now, we do not suggest you update the firmware.
It is also risky update firmware.

Hi,

If i can not use the wifi, the headunit is useless to me.
And i don’t think resetting the headunit everytime I want to use it is an option.

Any suggestions on what to do?

Can you offer the car stereo SKU to me?
The SKU label on the back of the radio or on the package box.

And the radio is still in the car...
