hi i just change my Samsung Galaxy S7 with a Galaxy S10e and i can´t conect with easy connect my phone i try with wirreless and wtih USB cable if there is some new version of easy connect for the radio to solve this problem?

If i update android 8 to android 9 could fix the problem? thanks

Hi,

The phone can not connect the car stereo with USB cable.
Please search for the car stereo Bluetooth with your mobile phone. Open the Bluetooth APP of the car stereo and then choose settings. It will display the car stereo Bluetooth name and password.

Have your Samsung Galaxy S10e download the app?
If not, please open the Easy connect app on your car stereo, and then use your mobile to scan the QR code on the screen to install the app.

yes it´s installed but don´t reconise i think its the version of the radio Easy connect thats why i told you if there is any new version of easy connect for the radio
