Firmware update

Hello,

I received a Pumpkin stereo as a gift and I'm experiencing a couple of strange issues with it. The firmware on it seems pretty old so I'm looking to find out if there is an updated version available.

Hello,

Does your car stereo have any problem?
If not, we normally do not suggest to update the firmware.
Update firmware is always risky.

Yes. Google maps will not go into night mode even when manually set to night mode. The illumination cable is hooked up correctly (the screen dims when the headlights are turned on).

I've also had issues with the FM radio randomly losing preset stations. And have had the radio reboot on occasion. If there is any firmware update available I'd like to try it. Thanks

Update steps:
Open the link-download the folder-do does not need to unzip-open the folder-copy the two files (8227L-8.bin, 8227L-8.upd) in the folder to the root directory of the U disk- --Insert USB interface --- pop up upgrade window --- upgrade system.
