Full boot sequence vs fastboot

I own;
* PUMPKIN Android 9.0 Car Stereo Double Din DVD Player 4GB RAM with Navigation, WiFi, Support Fastboot, Backup Camera, Android Auto, USB SD, AUX, 6.2 Inch Touch Screen
* PX5
* purchased on 12/20/2019
* serial # AA0421B-A08

Is there a way to make this unit fully boot each time it is turned on rather than using "Fastboot"? I have set my car's logo to display during boot, but it never shows during the fastboot.

Hello,

Please enter the settings to set it.
Steps: Settings- Car settings- Driving settings- Shutdown delay when ACC off- Select "10 seconds
