KD-C0250 No Radio

Hello I have the KD-C0250 Head unit and I cant get the radio to work I have tried going to factory settings and changing the radio settings and still nothing. Bluetooth audio works and so does USB Audio. The radio just scans and never picks up any stations.

Hi, could you please tell us your current system version and when the radio did not work?
We can send you the MCU file to try to solve the problem when you provide us these information.
If the problem still happens, it must the radio module broken, you can contact our customer service and return it back to us for repair.
