Help....No Volume!

I have a 7 inch head unit and while driving heard the volume slowly decrease until it cut out completely. I have no volume the radio or bluetooth media. Volume bar adjusts up/down but I get nothing. Is this an internal amp issue? I have tried resetting with a paperclip....nothing.

Ideas? Thanks

This was purchased on Ebay probably 2 years back. Don't have an SKU unfortunately
