help in setting apn

I want to set apn for my modem in my car - pumpkin 7"
but no apn in the menu ...
I cant find where I need to put the 3721 password ( I tried to click the factory setting but no good .

can u pls help ???

( the original msg I got was " the setting cant be changed for this user " ) or something like that ....

The password you want may be 126.
About the APN, our android unit does not have the APN settings.
Normally the android unit has the built in wifi which you can use to connect to internet.

I bought the item on ebay ( I can send u the invoice by email )
I m trying to connect usb modem and it dosent work.
the wifi does work , but I don't want to use it and use always connected modem.

Hi,
You don't need to send me the invoice, just your ebay buyer/user ID is enough.
If you want to use the USB modem which is also named 3G dongle, please make sure you get the WCDMA sim card from your local. Cause our unit only support to work with this kind network sim card.
And you can also share the hot spot from your phone, then the unit can connect the hot spot to go to the internet.

Hi namcomp,
Please check the above thread to check if the sim card you used is compatible with our unit.
And you can plug it into your PC to check if the 3G dongle is broken or not.
