Vol+ turns volume down on RQ0265

Both the vol+ and the vol- turn the volume down
also, the steering wheel vol+ and vol- work as intended

please help

Hi,
Sorry about this.
You can go to the Settings--factory settings(126)--others to select the Wheel3, click Apply and Exit.
The unit will automatically reboot to save this settings, and please check if the problem still happens.

just so we are clear, it's the volume buttons on the Pumpkin head unit that do not function properly, not the steering wheel buttons

Hi,
You may misunderstood something.
The Wheel3 in the factory settings is used for volume buttons decoding, not the steering wheel buttons.
You can go to the factory settings to change the Wheel3 status, please refer the below picture.
