SatNav - 2 USBs and intermittently the SD card will not work

Hi,

I have a Pumpkin unit, with satnav, 2 USB ports and an SD card [+SD card for SatNav]

The last couple of months, its been dropping USBs, saying no USB, these USB's are ones its played for a long time with no issues.

Now the SatNav - 2 USBs and intermittently the SD card will not work. All same error. [No device - USB - SD attached]

Can I reload the win CE system? Or can youlet me know of a way to get my ports working. I bought the unit abt 2 yrs ago on Ebay.

Hi,

I DO NOT want a new head unit. I am not gonna buy one every 18-24 months!

I simply want this one to work, unless you are saying that 18 months is the limit to expect a head unit to function. I like the unit I have, Igo maps is great and sound is great when USB/SD are working. Is there a way to install WinCE?

I had the unit fitted professionally, I would not even know how to start to remove it. TBH it should not be needed.

I will get pictures of unit ASAP

I bought this on Ebay over a year ago, I DO NOT HAVE the order number etc.

I posted the information in the "ABOUT" screen.

Its running win CE. There must be a way of installing this?

No my actual SatNav has stopped working. This really IS NOT funny.

Thanks for the link. My Nav says "cannot find SD Card" when I try and use SatNav [IGO]

The only part working correctly [sometimes] is the other SD card.

This is why I am wondering if its possible to reinstall windows CE?

I have reset head unit and nothing changes. I really need some help here. I love my head unit!

I need support, my satnav is NOT working neither are the 2 USB's. I have one working SD slot, NOT the SatNav slot.

There must be a fix, reinstall Windows CE etc.

Here are more photos of the unit which may help.

2 X USB's not working.

1 X Nav SD not working [Nav says no SD Card]

1 X SD Card - Still working.

Can you PLEASE tell me how to fix this.
