Kit kat version mirror link or similar

I have the older kit kat S07 model and would like the advertised screen mirroring to work?
I have a modern samsung s10, it does have android auto but the head unit is too old.
Does it work?
Will it work?
Should it work?
And if not, why not?
And how to make it work?

You don't need my order number, I told you it is the kit kat firmware and S07 model. I have had this for a long time so no order information.
It was advertised as being able to screen mirror, it either can or it can't.
If it can, how?
If it can't, well that's too bad then isn't it?
I am getting tired o of this thing and may change to something that works as advertised.

dont bother with this go to google and search for the headunit reloaded emulator pay your $5 approx and use it with android auto on phone.
look at my other post.
