Waze sound navigation issues

Hello,

Since now few months, I've got many issues with my car audio Pumpkin.
It's now impossible to use Waze.

Here's the problem : When I start navigation, waze begin to speak, so if I use music in background the volume go down.
But Waze will work correctly 1' at max... After this, The background volume is locked down, and Waze will no speak anymore...

Or sometimes, I've background music ok, but no sound at all on Waze...

I've tried factory reset, No differences.

Same issues if I use only Waze with no music background of course...

Can you help me ?

Sorry, no order number for me, the car stereo was in the car before I bought it.

But, I've removed the car stereo (it was a nightmare...)

Would you like to download Sygic map and install it?
The way to download and install:
1. Download the link and get a compressed package.

2. Unzip and get a folder.
3. Open the folder, there are 3 files in it, and put these 3 files in the root directory of the SD card.
4. Insert the sd card into the SD card slot of car stereo, open the car's file management or APK installer, install sygic.apk, and open it and it's ready to use.
Note: Do not uninstall after installation (when the TF card is inserted in the car), otherwise the offline map in the SD card will be lost.

Yes I will try it, but the objective is to use Waze application, and not another one.
But I suppose your question is to try to install it with no usage, and try once again Waze for see if it works correctly ?

Tried a Factory restore, same issues...

Can you please give me the correct way to fully hard reset the unit ?
Because, i've tried soft reset with code 7890, but there's some settings stays on the unit, And now it's always booting on the extra settings screen ...
I want to FULL reset it to try it again...
