Re: MCU file for 11-RQ0264
Hi,
Could you please tell us if your unit had problem or you just want to update the MCU version?
The MCU file is very strict file for the factory, normally it's used for solving some special problem.
But there is a risk of damaging the unit when we update MCU. Hope your understanding.
Regards

The main problem is with volume buttons.
Both buttons, steering wheel buttons and headunit volume button works, but there is a approximately 3-5 sec lag.
For example, when i press volume up, then it takes 3-5 sec then i see a volume logo on the screen and then volume goes up.
Sometimes the volume works as well as it should, however half of time not.
I've tried different firmwares, but it does not solve the problem. The only thing I have not tried is MCU update.
Is there anyone with the same problem?

Hi,
For the volume buttons problem, you can go to the Settings--factory settings(126)--others to cancel the Wheel3, click Apply and Exit, then the unit will reboot the save this setting. After that, please check if the problem still happens.
The MCU version does not affect the volume buttons function, if you do the above method without success, we can give you the new MCU file to try.

I tried it today, but unfortunately it did not help me.
