iGO and latest firmware

Hi there,

I need a copy of IGO as I've uninstalled mine by accident, also would it be possible to get the latest firmware as I've been having some stability issues ?

Hi,
You can go to the akpInstall to find the iGo and reinstall it, here is a tutorial video for your reference.

About the stability issue, please first tell us your current system version, you can go to the Settings--about device to find it.
Then you can do the factory data reset to check.
If we have the new firmware, we can send it to you, but we have to kindly remind you that there is a risk of bringing damage on the unit and it's hardly to be solved.
