OBD2 Not Working!

Very frustrating. I have the SKU: 11-RQ0255-US-A model and it will NOT CONNECT to my OBD2, even though my Android phone has no problem with it. The unit recognizes it in Bluetooth, but will not connect. Please help me resolve this so I do not have to return the unit to you.

Hi, could you please tell us if you bought the OBD2 from us?
Cause our unit can only support the 4 digit pairing password ELM327 OBD2 adapter.
And normally our Bluetooth OBD2 adapter pairing password is 0000/1234, please check your OBD2 pairing password.
