Bug on 11-RQ0255

Hi !
I bought an 11-RQ0255 on AliExpress in May.
The product is very awesome but I have some bugs.

The first and the most important for me is the external microphone.
I plug it and... The active microphone still the internal microphone... But the quality is poor. So I would like to know why the external microphone is not detected by the Head Unit or Android.

The second is about the volume button. 4 or 5 times since I have the item, sometime the volume Button doesn't respond and I can change the volume with the icon on the notification bar.

Reflash my firmware is needed to resolve theses problem ?
Is it possible to update on Android 5.1 ?

Hi,
About the external mic, it maybe the external mic problem, you can use another mic to check.
If the new mic is still inactive, it may the mic cable have problem, we can send you the new mic cable to solve it.
About the volume button issue, please go to the Settings--factory settings(126)--others to set the Wheel3.
These two issues don't have relation with the firmware, and the android 5.1 firmware is not available on android 4.4 unit.
