igo GPS software 3 years out of date

Hi are you able to send me the link for the updated australia map software? Included here are photos of my model and iGo software details. Also when the GPS is running and I go to another app it loses GPS signal but regains it when returning to GPS app.
Are there any software updates available to me.

Normally we will get a new free map from the factory one time or twice each a year.

Thanks Jammy the first link is an EU update and the other link needs a decryption key? Is the EU update correct for my device or is it generic for all?

I have looked at the zipped file and it is the same version of the software currently on the machine, 329069, no update!

Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
If your unit already have the latest free maps, but you still want to get the update, sorry that we don't have more new maps.
The maps version is not as what your think, the maps are not 3 years ago, and the latest maps were just updated two month ago.
You can use other maps, such as Sygic, here maps, google map, waze.

Ok so jammy the maps are up to date on the zip file? Fine but what about the software on the app itself? Is it possible to update that either from you or some where else?

Hi,
We only get the free update maps from the factory, and it does not support to update online, sorry about this.
You can choose to use other maps which may have the update maps, such as Sygic, google maps and here maps.
