Jammy, i've tried everything you've said in many ways, but nothing worked, it won't get into the recovery menu and won't run anything :(.

In the root of an SD card and an USB disk i've placed the following:
- The last update.img downloaded from the last link you've send.
- A folder MCUUPDATE with file AndroidMcuUpdateA.bin inside, like shown in the your picture.
- A folder update with the 9 nine files/folders inside, like shown in your picture.

I've tried to execute the steps you provided ("Then turn on the device, then insert the USB disk to the USB slot, use a sharp thin sticker to hold the RST hole, press the power button three times and try to go to the recovery system."), but nothing happened.

I've tried this with the USB Disk and with the SD card, but the result is the same, nothing happens.

Can you send me a video of the process for my unit?
I see that the pictures you've send are from a different unit than mine. My unit is a CASKA CA712-Xl7, in the ebay announcement the refered model is 22-RD0258.

Please, i need you to answer clearly to this questions to try to understand what's happening:
1) The solutions provided are really the correct ones to my unit (CASKA CA712-Xl7)?
2) What are the factory steps to get to the recovery menu in my unit (CASKA CA712-Xl7)? Looks like the real problem is that i could never get into the recovery menu in any way!!!
3) An SD card or an USB disk with update files are a requirement to get into the recovery menu, or it's possible to get into the recovery menu without it?
4) What is the correct structure of folders and files that should be in the root of the USB disk or SD card?

@uudruid74, i've also tried the steps you've provided, and i realized that maybe there really are 2 logo screens, i always though it was the same because when i click the power button the same picture is shown, only the brightness changes. Anyway, i've tried your instructions, but i cannot get into the recovery menu anyway :(:

Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience brought to you.
I had sent you the MCU, it just names "AndroidMcuUpdate.bin".
Cause we don't have your unit RD0258 in stock, I contacted the factory and told them your confusion.
Once I get the reference video or more detailed steps about the update process, I will reply you ASAP.
Regards

Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience brought to you.
The factory provide us a different firmware and way to flash the unit.
Here is the link for your RD0258.
https://mega.nz/#!oBkATB4I!ShAXTGoOJfRv ... MTDzk2AFxo
Please notice the two steps.
You need to download the update.img and establish a new empty txt file, name it "update.txt"
Copy them into the root inventory of the SD card.
You can refer the below picture.

Insert the SD card into SD card slot.
Turn on the unit and the unit will automatically recognize and start the flash.

Hello!

Finally, the last solution you have provided solved the problem, thank you :).

Now there's two more things i need to ask:
1) The last update.img you have provided is the most recent version of the firmware available for my unit? If not, can the factory provide me the most version?
2) The secret to install updates from other update.img files is establishing an empty update.txt file in the root of the sd card?

Thank you

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
The factory have provided us the latest version firmware for your unit.
That's just a way to flash for the android unit, I also don't quite understand the way to flash the unit from the factory.
Cause the result was what we expect, the other thing may not so important.
Regardss
