Sorry for the trouble caused.

Please download through your browser,copy all files to an empty sd card with FAT32 format, insert the sd card to GPS slot.
Then use a sharp thin sticker to press and hold the RST button for around 10 seconds, then release the RST button. check if it will goes into a English version recovery menu?
