DAB problem

Hello,
I've just installed my Pumkin RQ0264, order number 500001141.

I've an issue with the DAB application. I'm able to scan all the channels (it founds a lot) , but when I want to go on one, there is just no sound.

FM radio and all other music is just fine.

Should I update the firmware or Something like that ?

Sorry about this.
Would you mind take a video to help us check?
You can go to the Settings--factory settings(126)--audio to raise the TV volume which use the same channel as the DAB.
And you can delete the DAB app and reinstall it from apkInstall--oem.
We will try to provide you positive solution.

I think it's due to the antenna. I'm using the cable from my outside roof antenna which is an FM antenna but I've installed a splitter in order to have also the DAB.

When I use the antenna provided by you. It works sometimes but most of the time the sound is cutted.

I've a mazda 3 2010 model. Is there a way to chage the antenna ?

You can buy a new DAB antenna from your local or we can send it to you.

After the installation of a new antenna on the roof of my car. The DAB works perfectly.

Is there an alternative DAB app than the one provided ?

From my point of view this app needs a complete review

- Difficult to browse from one station to another when driving
- Set of presets not easy and even not possible to access them from the main panel
- No image tags display (if available in the Stream)
- No streering Wheel control
- No customisation possible (background color, font, etc.)
- App not availabe when mode switiching
- ...

Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
The new DAB antenna has been configurated with the DAB box.
And we have already discussed this issue with the factory technician, if they provide the new DAB app, we can post it here.
