I have recently purchased a Pupmkin headunit for my VW EOS. I am having issues connecting to the bluetooth OBD2 adapter. when searching for the adapter nothing shows up in either the settings menu or the bluetooth app. I know it is not an issue with the OBD2 as i can connect it to my Galaxy S7 with no issues.

Re: Bluetooth OBD2 Issues
Hi,
Sorry for the delay reply due to the weekend.
Could you please tell us if the unit could search and connect your phone via bluetooth?
And would you mind take a video about the OBD2 adapter problem, upload it to youtube, then send the link to us for checking?
Please don't worry, we will try to give you the best solution.
