Touchscreen still now working on C0256

Hello,


I've tried to unplug the harness power cable from the stereo and plug it back it with and without the display connected then I turned the switch ACC on and I still can't get the touchscreen to work. I also tried to do it by switching off the ACC, then waited 2min, switched on to ACC and still nothing..I have to use the remote to switch from dvd, radio, ipod, etc..Here is the video. Any help would be appreciated

Thank you for your message!
Could you please disconnect the screen flex cable and reconnect it to check? Of course, please done it without power connection. Please check the following picture shows:

Yes, I did it with the ignition switched off, then I disconnected the screen flex cable, reconnected it again, switched on to ACC and nothing

Sorry about that!
If this is still not solve the issue, it maybe the touchscreen is problem. Would you mind tell me your order number and purchase link so that I can ararnge a new screen part to send to you to replace? I mean the whole front panel of the device, so you only need to plug the flex cable to the body unit to use. Is that ok for you?

But I'm sorry that transaction ID is not able to find out your order info from our system, because that is only shown in your system. Could you mind tell me your ebay ID which used to purchase the item from us to check? Once we get your info., we will arrange the new screen to send to you.

Hi Ive done everything you guys had said and it had worked for a little until this morning when i tried it and now the touchscreen wont work at all. It lights up i just cant touch anything. My Order # is 100003938 and but I'm not sure what you mean by Purchase link. Thanks danny
