C0254 Touchscreen is not working

Hi!
I bought this unit: SKU: 11-C0254-US-A. from a seller on ebay.
Everything was working fine for few months (2-3) until now.
The touchscreen has ocationally not working, had to do hard restart for it to work. but now it is not working at all.
Anyway, i can still use the physical buttons.

Do you have any idea?

Because of the not working touchscreen i replaced the unit in my car to the old one and just now managed to connect it in my house.

According to your video, it's just the touch screen problem.
You'd better contact the ebay seller or write to "support@autopumpkin.com" to get a new touch screen.
Please attach your ebay buyer ID.
