Different LED Color not working

Morning.
Changed LED light in the settings, but the lights are still blue.

Hat i have done: Factory Settings Set to RGB, Key Light (or Key LED, not Sure) set on. Reboot, then in new settings point chose the color i like. Reboot. No change

Any Idea?

You can first check the listing for the unit, if the unit support changing color, then you can set other color, if not, you can not set it to any other color.

Hi, the unit C0248 does not support to change the LED light color, you may get the message from other unit listing, cause a few of our unit support this function.
And if the unit support it, we will write it on our website or ebay listing. You can double check it.

Hello

I'm having the same problem since a few weeks , my unit a flush screen type It was working fine before so I think in my case there must some hardware issues.
The Red color works , but Green and Blue doesn't give me any light , Yellow gives me Red as well
would it be an easy repair ? Is the LED a part that could be sended by mail and replaced easily ?

In another thread, I asked you provide the order number so that we can check your product information.
Normally if the ad on our website show the function which support 7 color button lights, then you can set the color to what you like.
