Problem with 11-RQ0269E-US-A App crash

Hi, i've this android car stereo 11-RQ0269E-US-A. This car stereo working very very well but i've a little problem with iPod app. When i connect my ipod on usb port and open the app iPod the app force close (crash) and return on main screen. There is a solution for using my ipod with this car stero? Thanks a lot !

Hi,
Could you please check if the unit support the iPod connection and it come with the iPod cable?
This unit does not support to connect the iPod directly through the USB port.

Mh ok. Please give me the link to buy a cable to connect. And another question. It's possible to trasmit the music from ipod bluetooth do car stereo ? Thanks

Hi,
We don't sell the iPod cable separately.
And our unit can only support the 30pin connector within 64GB iPod.
In fact, you can play music through USB port and SD card slot, or via bluetooth.
