No apps, no pictures, I can not print anything. just a black screen. Up on the edge is the status line to see but also not respond. Sorry for the trouble caused.
Regarding your issue, you can try to flash the item to solve it, here is the link of the firmware for your unit RQ0546.

Please download through your browser, copy the update.img file into the root inventory of the empty SD card, insert the SD card into the GPS slot.
Go to the recovery mode to choose the third option. Then check if the unit will turn on normally.

Hello. I have the image on the sd card copied. but since the same error occurs as in the video above. Is there on the sd card in a specific folder structure or it must have a certain size. When my order no sd card was there. Have a bought later. I think the recovery program can not access the image. Thanks for your help.

Hi,
You can check if the SD card is FAT32 format within 32GB and it could be recognized by the unit in the SD card slot.
Please choose the third option "update system/mcu from sd card and clear all" when the unit enter into the recovery mode.
Or you can use the USB stick to copy the update.img file, and please choose "update system/mcu from usb and clear all"

I still have no success. The sd card is a 16GB fat32 intenso. I have plenty of the error message in the recovery that it / nand_parameter can not open dev / block. Or place. Normally the problem like you had can be solved by installing the firmware.
