My Headunit 11-RQ0269E block in logo screen. I have done reset but still the same.
Any ideia?

Sorry for the late reply due to the the Mid-autumn Festival.

Please download through your browser,copy all files to an empty sd card with FAT32 format, insert the sd card to GPS slot.
Power on your car, then press the RST hole and the power button at the same time, keep them about 3-5 second, release the RST hole, then release the power button, the unit will enter the recovery mode.
Short press the power button to choose the recovery option, and long press the power button to enter the "update system/mcu image from sd card and clear all up".

Solved, but the wireless does not work. When I try to power on wifi it doesn't work,
does not get signal, only captures signal to pull the router leaning against the left headunit, more than 5 cm no longer captures.
I've done reset, wipe all data, but does not work.

Any solution?

Sorry for the late reply due to the National Day.
About the wifi issue, did you mean that it could not find the wifi signal, the wifi not turning on?
Please try to connect the hot spot sharing from your smartphone.
You also need to check if the rear USB works, just plug a USB stick with some mp3 songs into the unit.
