Pumpkin head unit not booting up

Hi Team.

I have Pumpkin head unit for a 2014 Ford Focus ST.
The unit worked perfectly and now does not boot up anymore.

Remove power and reset the unit via RST button, but still not booting.

When I power on the unit it beeps 3 times followed by 10 sec delay and then a long beep.
No display during this.

Please can you assist.

Sorry for the late reply due to the Mid-autumn Festival.
Could you please first tell us your order number?
You can try to press the RST hole and the power button, hold them about 3-5 seconds, release the RST hole first, then release the power cable, check if the unit will enter into the recovery mode.

I have tried the above procedure that recommended, but still no display.
The unit beeps 3 times fast then 10 sec delay followed by 1 long beep.

Your unit was not from our company, cause different units have different design and problem solution way, please contact the seller from the link you attached.
