Enabling developer mode

Hello,

I'm a software developer, working on a native/java application to run on both phone/tablet and in-car android systems. Unfortunately my app crashes when I run it on a pumpkin (9813H) system.

I'd like to be able to attach the android debugger (adb) to my pumpkin app as it is running to find the cause of the crash. This however requires developer mode. Usually developer mode is obtained on Android by multiple presses on the "Build" item in settings. however this does not seem to work on the pumpkin device.

How do I enable developer mode on the pumpkin device?

Sorry for the late reply due to the National Day.
Could you please first tell us your order number?
About the developer mode, it maybe only used and tested at the factory technician side, and the factory does not provide that information to us, sorry about this.
