VERY IMPORTANT: Is there an update for iGO Navigation?

I'm having issues where certain applications, like iGO Navigation or Bluetooth/Phone do not save the settings. Bluetooth keeps asking me to sync my phone and the iGO Navigation acts like it is the first time I started the app. It asks me to go through the whole startup. This was not happening before, but just started.

Also, maybe my biggest frustration is that the equalizer does not affect the sound of the stereo unless I actually open the equalizer every time. Is there a way to set it to default so that I do not have to open it every time?

Sorry for the late reply due to the National Day.
The model number for your radio is C0252.
We need to check if your unit already has the latest firmware, and this unit does not support to root, cause the factory don't tell us how to do that, and it's risk of damaging the unit to be useless.
You can refer the below video to restore the factory settings to check if the bluetooth and navigation issue happen again.

About the igo navigation, sorry that currently we don't get an update from the factory, if you use it with some issues, you can try to use other maps, such as Sygic, waze and google maps. And once we have the new update maps, we can send it to you.
About the equalizer, sorry about this, it can not remember the EQ settings.
