Headunit RQ1222E WIFI and usb cable dont works.

Hallo, ich have problems without my headunit. I dont can activating my wifi.that dont works.
Althoug i have problems with the usb cables. When i connect a stick or a 3g dongle in the usb Port that Not works.the sticks are very hot and destroyed. I dont can use the stick anymore.
I hope you understanding my Problem. And sorry for my Bad english.

Sorry for the late reply due to the National Day.
Regarding your issue, you may connect the rear USB cable to the wrong rear port in the back of the unit.
You need to check if you connect the rear USB cable to the "F" port. Here is the link of the user manual including the rear port diagram.
