Bluetooth / Radio Volume LM-W0352A-DE-A

Hey there!

I have a really annoying problem with my LM-W0352A-DE-A device.

When i listen to FM-Radio for example on Volume 5 and i answer a call from my phone, connected via bluetooth, the phone call is very quiet.
I have to increase volume on the radio to about 20-25 to understand the voice of the person calling me. The Phone is allready on full volume.

At the end of call, the radio switches back to FM-Radio, and well i get a whole blast of loudness because the volume is now on 20-25.

Is there any possibility to seperate the bluetooth volume and the other volumes?

What is the latest Firmware for the LM-W0352A-DE-A ?

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply due to the National Day.
Regarding your issue, you can enter the Setup--General--factory set(3368)--Volume balance to separately set the bluetooth volume and the other volumes.
